Project overview
Infinity offers an on-demand training platform designed to help customers make the most of its features. This project focuses on updating a collection of 70 videos to reflect Infinity's new brand identity.
Working alongside the education department, I developed a structured process for everyone involved in the video production.
I designed and animated new introductory sequences that categorise the videos and provide a sense of premium quality. Each video is produced by editing voiceovers and screen recordings. While this project is ongoing, the established procedures ensure that deadlines are predictable and every team member understands their responsibilities.
Results
Customers rave about these videos. They are helpful, concise, and are a first resource for anyone learning about the Infinity platform. While this is mostly due to the expertise of the education team, the fact that these videos are produced to a high standard and follow strict brand guidelines means that they can serve a marketing function as well as being educational.
